About the role
- Accounts Receivable role managing customer accounts for Securitas Technology in a hybrid setting. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, processing payments, and managing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Following up with customers via telephone and email to ensure accounts are settled in a timely manner
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Allocating receipts to customer accounts
- Processing customer payments over the phone via our banking portal
- Processing customer Direct Debits
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and post
- Responding to customer queries and taking responsibility for their resolution
- Invoicing customers for project and service works
- Uploading invoices to customer portals where necessary
- Getting involved in ad hoc finance projects as the business grows
Requirements
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance environment (advantageous)
- Confidence working with finance or ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
