About the role

  • Accounts Receivable role managing customer accounts for Securitas Technology in a hybrid setting. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, processing payments, and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Following up with customers via telephone and email to ensure accounts are settled in a timely manner
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Allocating receipts to customer accounts
  • Processing customer payments over the phone via our banking portal
  • Processing customer Direct Debits
  • Communicating with customers via telephone, email and post
  • Responding to customer queries and taking responsibility for their resolution
  • Invoicing customers for project and service works
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals where necessary
  • Getting involved in ad hoc finance projects as the business grows

Requirements

  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance environment (advantageous)
  • Confidence working with finance or ERP systems
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • The ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work
