Wear Specialist driving performance and sales of undercarriage and GET across assigned customer base in Northern BC mining. Building long-term relationships and optimizing fleet performance for clients.
Responsibilities
Achieve profitable revenue targets for undercarriage and wear parts in alignment with corporate and territory objectives.
Evaluate customer needs, promote and sell wear products, and provide high-quality, value-added solutions.
Maintain accurate client information using Finning (Canada)’s CRM software and Product Improvement Program (PIP) to support pricing, estimates, market intelligence, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare timely and accurate forecasts, estimates, pricing, and market insights to support wear parts revenue targets.
Establish targets, goals, and objectives consistent with corporate strategy.
Ensure all sales documents, agreements, and related customer documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Sales Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in mining or construction will also be considered.
Minimum 2 years of technical or technical sales experience, ideally within heavy equipment, undercarriage, or GET.
Strong mechanical or technical knowledge of heavy equipment; technical or parts experience is an asset.
Demonstrated success in sales or marketing operations, with the ability to influence internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
Proven consultative sales skills and a track record of delivering exceptional customer coverage.
Experience with CRM systems and proficiency with internal tools such as CWMS, OLGA, SIS, and Cat Expert.
Skilled in MS Office and comfortable using smartphones, iPads, cameras, and related applications.
Experience with 3D scanning technology is an asset.
