About the role

  • You actively shape the development of our employees and drive a learning culture as well as change processes across the company.
  • You design and manage programs for further training, talent development and succession planning.
  • You advise all employees on development matters and support them through change processes.
  • You implement modern learning formats and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • You conduct needs analyses and derive targeted measures.
  • You contribute to strategic HR projects.
  • You support recruiting, onboarding and annual performance reviews.
  • You analyze development needs and prepare individual target agreements.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of HR and organizational development or relevant experience as a personnel developer or consultant.
  • Degree in Psychology, Educational Science or Business Administration with a focus on HR / Vocational Education—or an equivalent qualification.
  • Confident and purposeful design and facilitation of learning formats.
  • Confident use of digital learning solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Structured project management and active support of change processes.
  • Clear communication, empathetic advising and convincing presentation skills.
  • Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Good command of English and business-fluent German.
  • Initiative, service orientation and enjoyment of collaboration.
  • Ideally experience with systems such as Jira, Confluence, Sage and online training tools.
  • Preferably additional qualifications in training, coaching or organizational development.
