Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment plans
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and offer negotiations‑
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Stay up to date with labour market trends and talent acquisition best practices, continuously improving recruitment approaches
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role
Experience using personality or psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process
Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes and best practices
Experience with a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritise, manage multiple recruitments, and work effectively both independently and in a team
