About the role

  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on new business opportunities, ensuring a deep understanding of prospective client needs and industry-specific challenges.
  • Directly engage with clients to assess their business requirements and technological pain points, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Architect and customize solutions that uniquely address the needs of each client, emphasizing scalability and future growth.
  • Skillfully prepare and present dynamic presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and competitive edge of our solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive technical guidance during the sales cycle, responding to inquiries, resolving complex issues, and facilitating product evaluations.
  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to foster long-term business growth.
  • Continuously gather intelligence on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technology innovations to enhance solution positioning and sales tactics.
  • Actively assist the sales team in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a similar role within the IT sector, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adept at discussing complex technical details with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • CompTIA Certifications (Network+, Security+, Cloud+): Nice to have.
