  • Head of Sales Enablement responsible for driving field sales strategy in UK and Emerging Markets. Lead enablement team and collaborate with regional sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the field sales enablement strategy across the UK and Emerging Markets
  • Lead a dedicated team of Enablement Business Partners
  • Develop and execute a regional enablement plan
  • Coach and mentor Enablement Business Partners
  • Partner with Product and Partner Marketing for new features readiness

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership and people management
  • A background in SaaS or the accounting and bookkeeping industry
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Expertise in executing strategic plans in a matrix or multi-national environment
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate with senior stakeholders
