About the role

  • Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at ClickUp managing sales strategies and team performance in Raleigh. Focused on driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pod of at least 5 account executives.
  • Coach, train, and support reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Serve as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve.
  • Motivate all team members to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
  • Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of ENT sales management experience
  • Very strong understanding of selling into Upmarket segments in an expansion focused sales motion.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and optimize sales processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
  • MUST BE LOCATED IN RALEIGH, NC AND WILLING TO COME INTO AN OFFICE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK.
