Analyze success factors and identify sales potential within individual teams
Collaborate with WFM and Quality to ensure and monitor operational sales processes
Communicate product changes and promotional information; plan incentives including success measurement and implementation
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Several years of proven sales experience, ideally including direct/field sales
Empathetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Good analytical skills, self-initiative and a structured way of working
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
Very comfortable using common PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
