About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing strategies in an international team. Focus on sales analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets at the site
  • Implement sales strategies and concepts at the site
  • Analyze success factors and identify sales potential within individual teams
  • Collaborate with WFM and Quality to ensure and monitor operational sales processes
  • Communicate product changes and promotional information; plan incentives including success measurement and implementation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of proven sales experience, ideally including direct/field sales
  • Empathetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Good analytical skills, self-initiative and a structured way of working
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Very comfortable using common PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
