Responsibilities
You proactively and comprehensively manage our clients and travel agency partners within our Account Management team
You are responsible for your own client portfolio and ensure optimal use of our services as well as the strategic expansion of our product offering
You actively strengthen customer loyalty and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction
You work closely with the Sales, IT and Customer Service teams — together you ensure smooth processes and strong results
You take ownership of projects and contribute your ideas
Requirements
Completed vocational training in travel services or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
At least 2 years' experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable position within the industry
Ideally experience with OBE systems (online booking engines)
Strong negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented working style, and excellent communication skills
You demonstrate team spirit, personal responsibility and resilience
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
