About the role

  • Junior Strategic Planning Analyst supporting the development of brand experience projects. Engaging in strategic discussions and creative direction in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research for the strategic conceptualization of Brand Experience projects, activations, and materials that enhance brand perception at brand touchpoints and customer shopping journeys; filters and extracts relevant data for the project's strategic development.
  • Actively participates in brainstorming sessions, strategic development, creative direction, and tactical detailing.
  • Develops papers that summarize strategic thinking and directly outline recommended actions.
  • Builds presentations for projects, creating a compelling, sales-oriented strategic flow.
  • Leads internal project coordination to ensure cross-departmental integration.
  • Executes tactical breakdowns of activations, develops communication cadences, and maps and designs shopper participation and impact journeys.
  • Monitors results and produces reports for recurring or one-off projects, including scenario analysis, insight generation, and proposals for improvements and evolutions.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Social Communication, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Differentials:
  • English and/or Spanish.
  • Previous experience with brand and shopper experience projects.
