• Consultant in Strategy and Innovation at Vivo Pay focusing on financial products and market analysis. Engaging in product development and assessing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess the market (growth, maturity, competition, trends).
• Identify TAM/SAM, estimate market size and analyze entry potential.
• Map relevant players, benchmark reference products and identify possible substitutes.
• Investigate applicable rules and resolutions (mainly from the Central Bank and SUSEP) that impact the product or business model.
• Identify regulatory risks and implications for business rules.
• Assist in defining the target audience, value proposition and product hypotheses.
• Conduct or support exploratory customer research to validate interest.
• Build a simplified view of the customer journey and channel strategy.
• Identify potential partners, required technologies and platforms.
• Assess technical complexity, estimate effort and help create a complexity score.
• Contribute to initial budget estimates and feasibility analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Journalism (focused on financial products) or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data and information into structured insights.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple areas and external partners.
• Familiarity with financial products (digital accounts, credit, insurance, payment methods).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to read and understand regulatory documents.
