About the role
- Senior Director of Corporate Planning and Reporting at Salesforce driving financial strategy through data analysis and team leadership. Collaborating across business units to enhance financial processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of our annual financial plan
- Orchestrate month-end close and rolling forecast processes
- Translate complex financial results into concise, actionable insights
- Lead the preparation of monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly results and forecasts, board decks
- Act as a strategic partner across Finance leadership
- Support Investor Relations in developing narrative for quarterly external guidance
- Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Mentor and develop a high-performing corporate planning team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Business Operations)
- 3+ years in a leadership/management capacity
- Mastery of complex Excel modeling
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
