About the role

  • HR People Development Expert at BAUHAUS advising and coaching leaders. Responsible for developing strategic HR instruments and facilitating workshops in Mannheim.

Responsibilities

  • You advise and coach leaders at all levels within the BAUHAUS Service Center Germany on People Development topics.
  • You design, develop, implement and manage strategic personnel and leadership development instruments (e.g., performance/appraisal discussions, career paths) in a targeted and methodologically sound manner.
  • You lead workshops and training sessions for managers and employees.
  • You also design and take responsibility for various projects (e.g., career path initiatives).
  • You present project results and milestones at management meetings.
  • You play a decisive role in further developing our concepts and strategies and in implementing new measures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Psychology, Business Education, Business Administration (BWL), vocational training with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Solid professional experience in personnel development / leadership development or in HR Learning & Development, or in coaching/training in an advisory HR role.
  • Ideally, further training as a coach / moderator / trainer with a focus on personnel development / organizational development.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of performance management / succession & development systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance combined with persuasiveness, strong communication skills, sociability, and pronounced empathy.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as business-fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
