About the role

  • Outbound Customer Service Representative at Schülerhilfe in Gelsenkirchen handling customer inquiries for tutoring and language courses. Providing support and scheduling appointments without cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Handling qualified inquiries from prospective customers — no cold calling!
  • Telephone consultations about tutoring and language courses for our brands Schülerhilfe and IQ Lingua
  • Scheduling appointments for detailed consultations and, when appropriate, direct sales over the phone
  • Email handling
  • Customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • Sales aptitude and a service-oriented mindset
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating
  • Fluent German and good English; Turkish, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus
  • Friendly manner and a pleasant telephone voice
  • Team player
  • Flexibility
  • Experience in telephone consulting
