Responsibilities
Handling all telephone and written inquiries as the primary point of contact for our customers — from reporting a child’s illness and general questions to scheduling tutoring sessions
Analyzing customer needs by phone and preparing tailored offers based on these needs
Logging customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions
Working closely with our tutors and supporting new customer acquisition
Conducting customer satisfaction analyses
Maintaining customers’ master data
Regularly holding meetings with parents
Requirements
Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial/business field — career changers welcome
Experience as a service representative or in customer service is desirable
Strong customer and service orientation
Enjoyment in carrying out meaningful work
Excellent communication skills, strong verbal expression, and a customer-focused telephone manner
Excellent German language skills; additional English or other languages (Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, French) are a plus
