Responsibilities
- Provide efficient order management and manage interfaces with customers for order to cash processes
- Effectively communicate and resolve order issues with customers and sales in India
- Place replenishment purchase orders to supply source and monitor delivery schedule
- Manage Master Data maintenance process for effective order management
- Capture market intelligence from customer interactions and share with the business
- Develop customer relationships through proactive communication regarding order management
- Support Credit Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable Follow-up and issue tax invoices for month end closing
- Handle customer complaints actively and report areas of concern
- Provide order status reports and monitor customers’ order placements against sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or familiar areas
- Experience in customer service in an international company for more than 2 years or relevant work experience in SCM/sales/controlling
- Chemical industry background preferred
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP (at least intermediate level)
- Experience with data analytics or reporting systems (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus
- Understanding of end-to-end OTC process
- Good proficiency in English, Hindi language skills is a plus
- Proactive, can work independently and in teams
- Willingness to adapt to Indian working time (10am-7pm MY time)
