About the role

Responsibilities

  • Online content management: You will work closely with our online team to keep the location websites and the overall Schülerhilfe online presence up to date, optimized, and error-free.
  • Data and profile maintenance: You will manage and maintain local business profiles (e.g., Google My Business and other search platforms) to ensure correct address information and visibility of our locations.
  • Campaign support: You will assist in implementing current marketing campaigns online and ensure their timely and accurate publication according to clear instructions.
  • Collaborative communication: You will communicate with other departments and our franchise partners on questions related to the website and content adjustments.

Requirements

  • Administrative and organizational talent (MUST-HAVE!): You have a structured, service- and solution-oriented way of working and keep an overview even when handling many tasks in parallel. Your reliability is our foundation.
  • Experience in an office environment: Ideally you have prior experience in an administrative, editorial, or administrative role.
  • System knowledge: Confident and routine use of MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Typo3) is an advantage.
  • High willingness to learn: You are eager to learn and open to training in new digital systems and processes (such as content management).
  • Strong communication skills: You are confident in interacting with colleagues and external partners.
  • Language competence: Fluent and grammatically secure German skills, both written and spoken, are essential for communication and content maintenance.
