About the role

  • Gestionnaire contentieux managing litigation processes for Vaudoise insurance with compliance and financial analysis. Establishing professional contacts and contributing to continuous process improvement in Lausanne.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases in full from the initiation of debt enforcement
  • Establish and maintain various contacts with Vaudoise agencies, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, courts and clients
  • Analyze financial situations and grant appropriate payment extensions
  • Monitor and process incoming payments in direct connection with collections
  • Advise and support Vaudoise agencies on litigation-related issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and collection processes

Requirements

  • Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee
  • Excellent written and spoken command of German and French; Italian is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy and significant practical experience in this area in Switzerland
  • Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel
  • Autonomous and efficient, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Precise and structured
  • Curious and versatile, with an interest in a variety of tasks
