About the role

  • Lead and develop the Growth team at Flash focused on SEO and content strategies. Implement effective workflows and monitor performance to achieve business objectives in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Growth team (SEO, AEO and Content): Provide strategic direction, mentorship and support to the team, fostering a continuous learning environment and high performance.
  • Implement processes and best practices: Develop efficient workflows for SEO and content creation (publication calendar, writing guidelines, technical optimization checklists, etc.), ensuring consistency and quality at scale.
  • Oversee content production (blogs, gated assets, landing pages, etc.): Ensure content is high-quality, relevant to a B2B audience, search-optimized and aligned with the company’s voice/branding.
  • Define and execute medium/long-term organic strategies: Plan SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization) initiatives to grow Flash’s online presence organically and directly support brand building, positively impacting team KPIs.
  • Structure and lead cross-functional projects: Coordinate organic growth projects end-to-end, partnering with teams such as Product (to align SEO/AEO strategies with product features and roadmap) and Branding (ensuring brand and message consistency).
  • Monitor and optimize performance: Track key metrics (such as organic traffic, rankings, content engagement, conversions) using analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Semrush, Google Search Console). Generate actionable insights and tactical adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on trends and technologies: Constantly explore new techniques and changes in the search landscape (search algorithms, AI impact on content discovery and emerging tools) to anticipate opportunities or respond to challenges — and adapt strategy as needed.
  • Negotiate priorities and resources: Act as the organic Growth focal point, negotiating timelines, requests and aligning expectations with internal and external stakeholders such as agencies/partners. Ensure SEO/Content initiatives have the necessary support and are integrated with overall marketing and product objectives.
  • Contribute to execution when necessary: While the focus is strategic, be willing to participate operationally in critical tasks (for example, reviewing an important piece of content, making technical SEO adjustments on a page, configuring a tool) to ensure delivery excellence and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Content Marketing, SEO or Growth teams (previous experience as a coordinator, manager or project lead in this area).
  • Proven team management skills: Ability to inspire, develop talent and foster collaboration among specialists. Must be able to give constructive feedback, delegate responsibilities and create a positive learning environment.
  • Strategic perspective with an organic focus: Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, content marketing and AEO concepts applied to search and content.
  • Hands-on, proactive profile: Willingness to work operationally when needed without losing sight of the big picture. Balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to articulate ideas, report results clearly and negotiate with other areas (Product, Branding, Sales, etc.), aligning efforts and priorities toward common goals.
  • Knowledge of content production and copywriting: Familiarity with editorial processes, storytelling techniques and SEO content writing. Fluent writing and editing skills with a good sense of language appropriateness for a B2B audience.
  • Above-average affinity with technology: Curiosity and ease in understanding tech products and incorporating new martech/automation tools. Genuine interest in technology topics, helping create relevant content and strategies in this context.
  • Proficiency in analytics and SEO tools: Hands-on experience with data analysis and optimization platforms such as Screaming Frog, GA4, Semrush, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, marketing CRMs, among others. Ability to extract insights from data to inform decisions.
  • Organization and project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, using methodologies (agile or traditional) to plan sprints, define KPIs, track timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic problem-solving: Mindset focused on identifying practical and efficient solutions to challenges, prioritizing high-impact initiatives for the business. Someone who knows how to “solve problems pragmatically,” aligned with delivering tangible value.
