Responsibilities

  • Support a high-impact project for a public sector client focused on improving teaching quality.
  • Clarify, improve and communicate changes to the Assessment Only (AO) route.
  • Present proposed changes to ensure guidance is clear while maintaining provider confidence.
  • Work closely with policy specialists, researchers and delivery teams to co-design content.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Content Designer, ideally within government or public-sector digital teams.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex policy or operational information into clear, user-focused content.
  • Familiarity with GOV.UK style, content standards and accessibility requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with user researchers, policy teams and SMEs.
