Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital marketing activities for the Cash Market with a focus on retail investors
Manage campaigns across all digital channels — website, app, social media, and email
Drive data-driven performance improvements and implement effective CRM strategies
Plan and implement digital marketing and communications for Deutsche Börse products and services, particularly targeting retail investors in the cash market
Maintain and update website and app content (live.deutsche-boerse.com) and manage social media presence (@deutsche.boerse)
Develop and advance digital features for the website and the app
Create and optimize digital content: newsletters, landing pages, product descriptions, presentations, social media posts, banners, and visuals
Manage multimedia assets (images, video, audio), including editing and cutting for campaigns and online activities
Execute CRM campaigns and support marketing automation processes
Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports for continuous optimization
Conceptualize and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with internal business stakeholders and overall business strategy
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
High resilience, strong team player, customer-oriented, proactive and creative, with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the German retail investment and trading market, its structures, target groups, and products is an advantage
Proficiency in image editing (Adobe Photoshop) and basic video editing/cutting
Experience with marketing automation using a CRM system
Comfortable appearing on camera for video content on digital channels is a plus
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
