Responsibilities
Develop educational content for the e-learning platform, including courses, learning paths, videos, podcasts, graphic materials and assessments.
Create scripts and storytelling for courses, making learning engaging, smooth and aligned with the business development objectives.
Produce assets and layouts for e-learning content, aligned with the company’s visual identity.
Manage projects, interfacing directly with requesting departments to gather requirements, align expectations, negotiate and validate the produced materials.
Manage external vendors involved in content development (design, video, platforms, etc.).
Ensure pedagogical quality, visual coherence and continuous content updates.
Monitor usage and course effectiveness metrics, proposing improvements.
Act in a consultative capacity with HR and technical teams, supporting development and corporate learning projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, Communications, Psychology, Instructional Design or related fields.
Previous experience with e-learning platforms and developing educational content.
Knowledge of content creation and editing tools.
Experience writing scripts, applying storytelling techniques and designing/layouting materials.
Experience liaising with internal teams and managing vendor relationships.
