About the role

  • HR-Koordinator managing personnel consultations and administrative responsibilities at FC Schalke 04. Overseeing team operations, compliance, and personal development in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Operational responsibility for the HR team in day-to-day activities.
  • Independently conducting job evaluations and classifications.
  • Maintaining, implementing and continuously optimizing the existing compensation system.
  • Working confidentially with the works council on personnel measures and compensation.
  • Prioritizing HR tasks and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
  • Implementing legal requirements such as vacation forfeiture rules or minimum wage increases.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in modern HR operations with demonstrable achievements.
  • Solid knowledge of job evaluation methods and experience working with a works council.
  • Empathy, strong communication skills and leadership ability.
  • High social competence, independent and structured working style, and strong organizational skills.
  • Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
