About the role

  • Administrative Assistant executing various administrative routines at SCCON GEOSPATIAL LTDA in Brazil. Contributing to document organization, client communication, and logistical support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and assist with the company's administrative routines;
  • Help organize documents and provide internal support;
  • Provide logistical support and maintain registration workflows;
  • Validate information and generate payment guides and boletos;
  • Ensure fulfillment of administrative department requests;
  • Update spreadsheets and administrative control reports;
  • Respond to tickets generated through the company's systems;
  • Handle telephone inquiries and greet visitors;
  • Manage logistical and administrative aspects of travel;
  • Consult internal systems and government websites to collect data;
  • Contact clients to provide guidance and schedule appointments;
  • Perform procedures for verifying and accounting for reimbursements;
  • Support identification of non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in progress or completed;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and office routines;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and administration platforms related to ticketing and hotel reservation processes.
