Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic relationships with large GSIs at an international level
Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with partners
Drive onboarding of new strategic partners and support them throughout the enablement journey
Identify co-selling opportunities and manage a shared pipeline
Collaborate closely with partner marketing and pre-sales to deliver value to partners
Track partner performance, measure KPIs, and report regularly on progress
Represent Scaleway at international partner events and key industry forums
Work with internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing) to align partner strategy with business goals
Actively contribute to the evolution of Scaleway’s partner programs and tools
Use Salesforce and PRM tools to monitor engagement and ensure operational excellence
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in partner management or strategic alliances, preferably in the cloud or technology sector
Proven track record working with large international GSIs (e.g., Capgemini, Atos, Accenture)
Strong expertise in partner onboarding, enablement, and driving revenue
Ability to define and execute joint business plans and co-selling strategies
Comfortable using Salesforce CRM and PRM tools to track activities and pipeline
Strategic thinker with a strong sales and partnership mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well-established professional network within the partner ecosystem
Collaborative, solution-oriented approach
