About the role

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with large GSIs at an international level
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with partners
  • Drive onboarding of new strategic partners and support them throughout the enablement journey
  • Identify co-selling opportunities and manage a shared pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with partner marketing and pre-sales to deliver value to partners
  • Track partner performance, measure KPIs, and report regularly on progress
  • Represent Scaleway at international partner events and key industry forums
  • Work with internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing) to align partner strategy with business goals
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of Scaleway’s partner programs and tools
  • Use Salesforce and PRM tools to monitor engagement and ensure operational excellence

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in partner management or strategic alliances, preferably in the cloud or technology sector
  • Proven track record working with large international GSIs (e.g., Capgemini, Atos, Accenture)
  • Strong expertise in partner onboarding, enablement, and driving revenue
  • Ability to define and execute joint business plans and co-selling strategies
  • Comfortable using Salesforce CRM and PRM tools to track activities and pipeline
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sales and partnership mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-established professional network within the partner ecosystem
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach
  • High degree of autonomy and proactivity
