Managing the community email inboxes
Communicating with community hosts
Maintaining and updating our community database (CRM)
Invitation management
Creating guest lists and name badges for event execution
Analyzing participant questionnaires
Preparing and sending event reports
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in administrative roles, e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative, Assistant, Support Staff, Administrative Clerk, Call Center Agent
German and English at a minimum of C1 level
Strong command of spelling and grammar
Fast internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work
Willingness to travel abroad for company meetings once or twice a year
