Responsibilities

  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and warm manner
  • Entering all service bookings in dealer management system
  • Managing inbound online service bookings and inquiries
  • Calling customers to confirm their scheduled services
  • Calling customers to follow up and ensure positive experiences
  • General administration duties

Requirements

  • Extremely positive “can do” attitude
  • Experience in a high performing customer service team
  • Friendly and confident phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization & customer service skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Hold a full, current drivers licence
