About the role

  • Call Center Agent in the banking sector featuring flexible hours and competitive pay. Providing customer support for payment arrears and developing payment plans to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive outbound telephone contact with customers who have overdue payments
  • Clarification of outstanding balances through solution-oriented conversations
  • Agreement of individual, feasible repayment/payment plans
  • Written correspondence with customers (e.g., confirmations, agreements, inquiries)
  • Careful documentation of all call and processing results in the system
  • Compliance with regulatory and internal banking requirements

Requirements

  • Initial experience in call centers, debt collection, customer service, receivables management or sales is an advantage
  • Career changers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Negotiation skills and a confident manner — also in challenging conversation situations
  • Excellent verbal and written German language skills
  • Structured, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong service and solution orientation
