About the role

  • Client Operations Executive at HBX Group providing support to clients for unique holiday experiences. Engaging in customer service, relationship management, and issue resolution based in Mallorca.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Attend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful.
  • Ensure all requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines.
  • Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty.
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work.
  • Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Spanish language knowledge is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to support Global Support team members as required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to find solutions that work best for all parties.
