About the role

  • Community & Event Assistant providing administrative support and event organization for a German company. Located in Pristina, the role includes communication and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with the preparation and follow-up of community events
  • Communicate with participants and hosts
  • Maintain and update the community database (CRM)
  • Manage invitations and distribute information to community members
  • Analyze participant questionnaires and prepare event reports

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in an administrative role, e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative, Assistant, Support Staff, Administrative Clerk, or Call Center Agent
  • German and English at a minimum C1 level
  • Confident and efficient use of computers and the internet
  • Suitable remote workspace with fast internet and a quiet environment
  • Willingness to attend company meetings abroad once or twice a year
