Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and HR administration
Monitor and record all staff absences on the relevant HR systems
Assist with monthly Payroll, compiling reports which include all staff changes
Create and maintain employee records, physically and in relevant HR systems
Advertise vacancies and provide an excellent candidate experience
Assist with onboarding successful candidates and ensuring they have a smooth induction process
Requirements
Previous experience as an HR Administrator/HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role
Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee records
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and adaptable approach
Customer-focused with a passion for supporting employees and stakeholders
