About the role

  • Digital Retail Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing and optimizing digital exposure on retail partner platforms. Collaborating with international teams to drive traffic and increase conversions for retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize the digital exposure on retail partner platforms
  • Ensure creative excellence, drive traffic and increase conversion across all retail destinations (online & offline wholesale partners)
  • Coordinate retail marketing activities that align with and support the marketing strategy
  • Work closely with international sales agents & distributors to service their marketing needs
  • Develop, manage and optimize digital retail communications based on seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with (digital) retailers to implement digital tools and services
  • Develop and manage online & offline marketing programs in partnership
  • Generate insights and research new industry trends for marketplaces and online marketing
  • Monitor digital marketing activities impact on sales and profit goals
  • Provide customer service to key account partners
  • Uphold brand guidelines across retail channels and showrooms
  • Develop, manage, and optimize retail training tools
  • Coordinate seasonal showroom updates and innovative ideas
  • Plan and execute retail events
  • Develop seasonal POP packages and manage stock.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in a Marketing related studies, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of digital retail marketing experience (in sporting goods industry is a plus)
  • Fluent in English written and spoken, German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to work in a creative group, collaborate and take direction
  • Working well both within a team and independently
  • Digital and tech savvy
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, quick learner
  • Must possess enthusiasm for helping on all aspects of marketing and graphic design projects
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Able to run different kind of projects simultaneously and work with tight deadlines.
