Responsibilities
**Own the global marketing and brand strategy**, ensuring it directly supports Thomas’s ambition, growth plans and commercial priorities.
**Represent Marketing at Board and SLT level**, clearly articulating marketing strategy, investment, ROI and market perception of Thomas.
**Build a strong, trusted partnership with Sales, Channel and Alliances**, ensuring marketing consistently fuels pipeline with high-quality demand and insight.
**Bring a clear point of view **on how Thomas differentiates — translating our science, AI and CXI proposition into compelling market narratives.
**Demonstrate clear return on investment**, giving the business confidence in how marketing spend is used and the value it creates.
**Help the organisation deeply understand its markets and customers**, providing insight that improves strategic decision-making.
**Strengthen our brand and reputation globally**, increasing awareness and supporting expansion into new regions and markets.
**Lead digital marketing transformation**, including SEO, marketing automation, analytics and data-driven decision-making.
**Own the overall marketing budget**, making smart, disciplined investment choices and driving high-quality outcomes without unnecessary* cost.*
Requirements
A senior marketing leader with experience building and executing global, growth-oriented marketing strategies.
Commercially sharp, with a proven ability to demonstrate clear ROI and revenue impact from marketing investment.
Confident operating at Board and executive level, influencing strategy and challenging thinking with insight and evidence.
Experienced partnering closely with Sales and commercial teams to drive demand, pipeline and growth.
Strong strategic thinker with a creative edge and a clear point of view on differentiation and brand.
Comfortable leading digital marketing, automation, analytics and data-led optimisation.
Curious, market-focused and customer-obsessed — always looking for insight that sharpens decision-making.
