Lifecycle Marketing Intern supporting FamilySearch's lifecycle marketing efforts through content creation and channel management. Collaborating with teams to enhance user engagement in genealogy.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of content and the management of marketing communication channels such as email while working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Perform quality assurance checks on all channels including email, notifications, mobile push, etc.
Work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders to gather content for marketing communications such as the email newsletter.
Develop lifecycle-focused plans to support division and organizational campaigns (such as “Light the World”).
Manage channel(s) including creation of content calendar, execution of sends, and performance reports.
Assist in collecting and reviewing user feedback.
Report on performance of campaigns, content, etc.
Write copy for marketing communications that clearly and concisely articulates a cohesive message across several channels including email, SMS, and notifications.
Requirements
Working towards or recently finished a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication.
Education or work experience with marketing tools such as Braze
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (able to communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills.
