Responsibilities
Responsible for Rx marketing strategy of joint countries and ensuring profitable growth of the respective therapeutic area
Develop brand strategy, drive marketing mix and implement operational plans on time to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth
Identify trends, opportunities and threats (key local markets) and propose corresponding measures to achieve sales goals
Responsible for monitoring and implementation of marketing strategy and agreed tactical plans on the field
Develop stakeholder mapping and commercial deliverables to shape the brands and the market for successful launch
Identify and develop synergies across brands to maximize product potential
Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and assess the marketing mix of the product
Requirements
University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Veterinary medicine or another relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Functional knowledge of English required
At least one of the two local languages at native/fluent level is required
