About the role

  • Chief Revenue Officer driving growth for Kazaar's offline marketing platform. Leading Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for strategic positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and accelerate the company's growth.
  • Define and execute the overall revenue growth strategy.
  • Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Work closely with the executive team to position Kazaar.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior commercial leader (VP of Sales or CRO) in B2B SaaS for major international brands.
  • Experience growing revenue from complex operations (workflows or campaigns) incorporating AI.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action; comfortable operating in the ambiguity of a scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (required).
