About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Revenue Officer at Lovable. Managing complex calendars and communications while enhancing the effectiveness of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive assistant to the CRO
  • Own complex calendar management and strategic prioritization
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for key meetings
  • Track decisions and action items from leadership meetings
  • Partner with GTM leaders to align schedules and priorities
  • Support recurring operating rhythms such as quarterly planning
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications
  • Manage travel planning, expenses, and event coordination
  • Improve systems and processes that enhance effectiveness

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, COO, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise managing complex, high-volume calendars
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
  • Experience supporting revenue or go-to-market teams is a plus
