Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees at the plant
Provide proactive guidance and support on all HR-related matters
Handle all tasks related to operational HR administration, such as preparing employment contracts and certificates
Support and implement HR measures in compliance with legal, contractual, collective bargaining and internal requirements
Contribute to workforce and succession planning within the assigned area
Manage individual compensation decisions based on job evaluation
Support the optimization and harmonization of HR processes within the team
Participate in local and strategic HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by additional qualification as a certified HR specialist
Several years' experience in HR administration, preferably as an HR Specialist in the metal and electrical (M&E) industry
Strong knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements and social security legislation
Fast comprehension combined with a structured and independent working style
Strong strategic thinking, conceptual skills and project management ability
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders at all levels
