Responsibilities

  • Strategic development: You will play a central role in shaping and executing our strategy and in building the company.
  • Business development: You identify business opportunities and build networks to strengthen our market presence.
  • Consulting and implementation: You support clients with the implementation of HR tech solutions and advise them on best practices.
  • Team leadership: You take on leadership responsibilities and help build a distinctive team.
  • Driving innovation: You stay up to date with current trends and technologies in the HR tech space and integrate them into our services.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR tech consulting and solid knowledge of current technologies and trends
  • Extensive professional network in the HR tech industry is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to actively help build the company
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Passion for the field and a strong interest in developing innovative solutions and supporting clients on their digital transformation journey
