About the role
- HR Business Partner supporting human resource strategies at Murfy focusing on multi-site operations in France. Collaborating with teams to implement HR policies and manage employee development.
Responsibilities
- Travailler au quotidien avec les Managers de votre périmètre et en proximité avec les équipes pour assurer que la vision et la stratégie RH du groupe soient déployées concrètement
- Suivre les managers & collaborateurs dans leur parcours chez Murfy : développement des compétences, mobilités internes, évolutions salariales, etc.
- Être un pivot du recrutement et de l’intégration des futur·es collaborateur·rices de votre périmètre, en étroite collaboration avec le pôle Recrutement
- Participer à la réflexion puis à la mise en place de la politique RH de Murfy sur un large spectre (gestion carrières, formation, …)
Requirements
- au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur la fonction spécifique de HR Business Partner ou Responsable RH
- idéalement acquise dans un contexte multi-sites au sein d'un environnement de forte croissance et/ou sur un périmètre de métiers techniques
- touché à une majorité de domaines du management RH (droit social, recrutement, formation, gestion des carrières, paie, etc.)
- participation active à des communautés dédiées à la fonction RH
- expérience du pilotage de données pour analyser les KPI RH et suggérer des leviers d'amélioration
