Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
  • Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
  • Navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Coach executives and managers for leadership effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong blend of business acumen and executive stakeholder management
  • Deep expertise in employment law, change management, and talent strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and partner at the executive level
  • Extensive employee relations experience
