Responsibilities

  • Plan, control and monitor cleaning processes
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the cleaning team
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards as well as the service specification
  • Responsible for inventory management and budget administration
  • Work closely with clients, colleagues and partners
  • Develop and implement optimization measures to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a leadership position within building cleaning
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM systems
  • Class B driving license
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Organizational talent and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
