About the role

  • Project Information Manager responsible for managing digital tools and client needs on construction projects. Focused on delivering in accordance with ISO19650 standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline and workload management to meet customer needs on tenders and projects
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their business requirements are met
  • Drive process improvements across Digital community using digital tools
  • Adhere to industry standards, company procedures, and legal requirements
  • Prepare and provide reports, analysis and forecasting as required

Requirements

  • Higher Education in Construction or related fields (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working on construction projects with a focus on digital solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO19650 series
  • Proven efficiency in time management and achieving goals
  • Good management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in digital construction/facilities management and information management
  • Established contributor and influencer to prequalification and tender submissions
