Responsibilities
Personalized consultation & sales: First point of contact for customers at the concession counter; advise customers on fragrances and beauty products to meet individual needs and ensure expert guidance.
Sales responsibility: Accountable for achieving targets and driving sales growth at the counter.
Customer retention & acquisition: Build a loyal customer base and actively attract new clients.
Presentation & brand image: Ensure products are displayed optimally and attractively in line with the brand image and guidelines.
Sales promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive sales.
Backstock maintenance & ordering: Ensure availability of testers, replenishment, and manage execution, administration, and booking of merchandise orders.
Staff scheduling: Create digital staff schedules for the counter team.
Regular reporting: Provide regular updates to the National Retail Manager on counter performance and developments.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training in retail or equivalent qualifications, with experience selling premium brands—particularly in fragrance—and a strong passion for scents and beauty.
Strong communication & service orientation: A team player with a pronounced service mindset, a host mentality, and enthusiasm for delighting customers with our products.
Professional appearance: A representative of the brand with a presentation that aligns with the brand identity.
Organizational skills & numerical awareness: Responsible for counter operations and KPI management.
Resilience & ability to perform under pressure: Maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods while remaining friendly and courteous.
IT & language skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel, and very good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
