Manager leading Brokerage Operations Specialist team at Colliers. Responsible for project execution, team management, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Build and lead high performing, capable teams comprised of professionals responsible for executing our clients’ projects in partnership with Colliers Advisors
Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports, addressing training and performance shortfalls effectively.
Ensure administrative services are compliant with requirements of local real estate boards, councils, and FINTRAC.
Partner with marketing to improve collaboration and create marketing campaigns at a high minimum standard
Develop positive, collaborative relationships with Managing Directors and Advisors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and service level agreement
Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts for your BOS team
Develop and community execution plans with various levels of management regarding resources, to balance quality, performance and cost.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in a team leadership or management role
Commercial real estate experience highly preferred
Ability to clearly communicate in high-pressure situations, managing difficult conversations while maintaining strong relationships
Experience with setting expectations and tracking performance from a people perspective
Understands the interdependency issues of a large company
Advanced Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills, with InDesign being a strong asset
