- Build and lead high performing, capable teams comprised of professionals responsible for executing our clients’ projects in partnership with Colliers Advisors

- Ensure administrative services are compliant with requirements of local real estate boards, councils, and FINTRAC.
- Partner with marketing to improve collaboration and create marketing campaigns at a high minimum standard
- Develop positive, collaborative relationships with Managing Directors and Advisors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and service level agreement
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts for your BOS team
- Develop and community execution plans with various levels of management regarding resources, to balance quality, performance and cost.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a team leadership or management role
- Commercial real estate experience highly preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate in high-pressure situations, managing difficult conversations while maintaining strong relationships
- Experience with setting expectations and tracking performance from a people perspective
- Understands the interdependency issues of a large company
- Advanced Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills, with InDesign being a strong asset
