About the role

  • Manager leading Brokerage Operations Specialist team at Colliers. Responsible for project execution, team management, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead high performing, capable teams comprised of professionals responsible for executing our clients’ projects in partnership with Colliers Advisors
  • Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports, addressing training and performance shortfalls effectively.
  • Ensure administrative services are compliant with requirements of local real estate boards, councils, and FINTRAC.
  • Partner with marketing to improve collaboration and create marketing campaigns at a high minimum standard
  • Develop positive, collaborative relationships with Managing Directors and Advisors to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and service level agreement
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts for your BOS team
  • Develop and community execution plans with various levels of management regarding resources, to balance quality, performance and cost.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a team leadership or management role
  • Commercial real estate experience highly preferred
  • Ability to clearly communicate in high-pressure situations, managing difficult conversations while maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience with setting expectations and tracking performance from a people perspective
  • Understands the interdependency issues of a large company
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills, with InDesign being a strong asset
