Responsibilities

  • Join Stryker’s dynamic Endoscopy Division as a Sales Enablement Trainer
  • Play a pivotal role in driving top-line revenue growth by shaping the future of our elite sales force.
  • Design and deliver cutting-edge training programs that empower our Endoscopy sales teams to achieve unparalleled success.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams within the Endoscopy Division to identify critical sales competencies.
  • Create engaging content, curricula, and digital platforms to support professional development at every career stage.
  • Design impactful classroom courses, in-field training initiatives, and digital learning experiences tailored to our sales teams’ needs.
  • Develop a structured sales enablement pathway focused on essential sales skills.
  • Spearhead training initiatives covering varying job profiles with measurable outcomes to track success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 8 years of endoscopy medical device OR experience with a strong track record of success
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, and developing others
  • Demonstrates patience and a passion for educating others
  • Ability to take complex concepts and skills into small, approachable steps.
  • Ability to tailor coaching and training specific to an individual or nuanced business division rather than a one sized fits all approach.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and execute objectives in a timely manner
  • Has a positive attitude and is solution-oriented
