About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist at Stay22 supporting revenue teams with sales strategy and training. Focus on communication, sales readiness, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve Stay22's commercial strategy in alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) and growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain core sales messaging and positioning across all products and market segments.
  • Produce sales materials such as sales decks, webinars, FAQs, pricing guides, email templates, sales playbooks and more to drive engagement and team readiness.
  • Refine and lead the onboarding process for new members of the commercial team.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Partner Success, RevOps, Product and Marketing, surfacing field insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate product launches and ensure the sales team is always up to date on new features and releases.
  • Create structures and cadences that ensure enablement is consistent and impactful.
  • Coach team members on best practices and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations or a similar GTM role.
  • Experience supporting fast-growing, rapidly evolving sales teams.
  • Ability to identify skill gaps and create coaching plans.
  • Understanding of various sales frameworks and how to apply them throughout the sales process.
