About the role

  • Payroll Manager ensuring all payroll tasks and social declarations are executed accurately. Collaborating with legal advisors and assisting clients from different sectors including TPE and PME.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of all payroll-related tasks and social declarations (DSN), ensuring their accuracy and relevance while strictly meeting deadlines;
  • Ensure compliance with and implementation of collective bargaining agreements;
  • Conduct necessary technical research;
  • Prepare payrolls and final settlements (end-of-contract payments);
  • Complete social declarations (DSN) at each deadline and manage relationships with social agencies;
  • Act as an advisor and provide assistance to clients, answering their routine questions with relevance;
  • Manage various social advisory assignments (disciplinary procedures, support during URSSAF audits, drafting employment contracts and amendments, etc.) in coordination with and with the support of the office’s employment law lawyers;
  • Maintain relationships with a client portfolio composed of micro-enterprises (TPE), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and associations.

Requirements

  • You hold at least a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You have a good knowledge of labor and social legislation;
  • Meticulous and autonomous, you have a good team spirit;
  • You are passionate about advising clients and company leaders;
  • Knowledge of Silae, Dext, Diaclient, MEG, Caseware, Sage, Polyact, or other accounting software is a plus;
  • You show strong interest in new digital tools and have good IT skills;
