About the role

  • Senior Personalreferent responsible for HR support and transformation at a growing company in Germany. Engaging with employees and management on personnel and labor law questions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related and employment law questions.
  • Creating positive and respectful employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references and other HR documents.
  • Further developing proactive HR processes for employee support and development.
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of training and development measures.
  • Driving your own projects within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an HR advisor.
  • Degree with a focus on labor law or human resources, or a comparable qualification.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Confident and persuasive presence.
  • Fluent German language skills.
