  • Designing compelling job advertisements and candidate profiles
  • Pre-screening candidates and coordinating selection processes
  • Conducting in-person interviews and telephone interviews
  • Processing and updating applicant data
  • Optimizing and further developing our recruiting strategies
  • Participating in career fairs and networking events
  • Supporting our marketing team as the interface to employer branding/personnel marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic/fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of current recruiting methods and tools
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • High self-motivation, reliability and a strong team spirit
  • Business-fluent German
